Co-founders Dustin Willoughby and Derek Broda have been involved in renovations for a combined 30 years. Dustin has been a reputable contractor in the East Kootenays the past decade specializing in commercial and residential repairs and renovations. He holds a second year apprenticeship in plumbing, Red Seal Certificate of Apprenticeship and qualification in carpentry, occupational health and safety for asbestos, First Aid, CPR, WRT and AMRT. He is also an active volunteer in the hockey community and avid golfer.

Derek's restoration background began in Ottawa, ON which dealt with small residential losses, as well as assisting in large scale losses such as Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita in the Southern States. He then founded a renovation company in Ottawa for 11 years and has since located his family to the East Kootenays three years ago. Derek is certified in First Aid, CPR, WRT, AMRT and FSRT and occupational health and safety for asbestos.
